What data we collect

  • The data you voluntarily provide by filling in the contact form (name, email address, subject and message).
  • The email address you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter.
  • No browsing data is collected through our own profiling or statistical cookies: the site does not use Google Analytics or similar tracking tools.
  • The only third-party service integrated into the site is Google Maps, present on the Contact page. The map does not load automatically: it is shown only after you click "Accept and view the map", at which point some technical data (e.g. the IP address) may be transmitted to Google LLC. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your data to respond to requests sent through the contact form, to manage your newsletter subscription and to show you the map of our premises when you request it. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, subscribing to the newsletter or accepting the loading of the map (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Data retention

Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as necessary to respond and in any case for no longer than 24 months, unless otherwise required by law. The email address provided for the newsletter is kept until you unsubscribe.

Disclosure of data to third parties

We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by suppliers who provide us with technical services (e.g. hosting, email management), appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR. When you agree to view the map, Google LLC acts as an independent data controller for the data collected through its own service: you can read Google's privacy policy.

Transfer of data outside the EU

The use of Google Maps may involve the transfer of some data to servers located outside the European Union. Google adheres to transfer mechanisms compliant with European regulations (standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

As a data subject you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw consent already given at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal).
